You must have an alternative way aside sending a text message code to one's cellphone which is not functional overseas.
US AT&T Pre-Paid Cellphones are incapable of receiving and or sending text messages and phone calls while the AT&T customer is traveling, working and or living overseas. You must establish an alternative way aside from sending a text message with a six digit code to verify who they are. You should permit use of their alternate Email address, or allow one to verify who they are over a phone call into AT&T or Yahoo AT&T Mail. It has been two weeks now where I have been unable to access my Yahoo AT&T Email, let along anyother AT&T account that I have under this new AT&T verification process. I NEED HELP NOW! Todate no AT&T representive has been able to resolve this problem. WHY???
