    While most of spam emails are being caught by our spam filters, occasionally some can slip through.


    When this happens, it's very important to mark the email as spam, then our system will learn that messages from a specific place are not good and helps us make Yahoo Mail even better at recognizing future spam emails.

  4. Please find a permanent fix for sbcglobal.net log ins. I am so tired of constantly having to change my password and today I can't log in at

    We know that dealing with the loss of a relative is very difficult. To protect the privacy of your loved one, it is our policy to honor the initial agreement that they made with us, even in the event of their passing.

    In these cases, Yahoo has a process in place to request that your loved one's account be closed, billing and premium services suspended, and any contents deleted for privacy.

    Unfortunately, Yahoo cannot provide passwords or allow access to the deceased's account, including account content such as email. At the time of registration, all account holders agree to the Terms of Service (TOS). Pursuant to the Terms, neither the Yahoo account nor any of the content therein are transferable, even when the account owner is deceased.

  12. ATT is making a big business error.

    I just signed up for auto pay to enable the standard monthly payment of 65.00. Without auto pay the monthly fee is 70.00. I'm using a credit card for my auto pay and ATT will be losing approximately 1.10 every month on my auto pay. I have never been late on a payment for 5 or 6 years. Seems to me that ATT is punishing good, loyal customers who pay on time and in the process they will lose money on my credit card payment that used to be paid directly from checking account.   13. Allow feedback when viewing an email. Fix the vertical to problem

    Today, 10/6/22, yahoo eliminated the feedback option when you read an email. Now you must go to the home page and help.

    Also, i cannot see the "to" address when my tablet is in the horizonal position, you must turn it to vertical to key an address.

  16. You need to have a way to remove all old recovery emails.

    When I try to remove my original account recovery email from 2004 I get this message. "This is your Yahoo account username, so it can't be removed." I have a new account recovery email so why can't I remove this old one that I no longer have access to.
