Yahoo should make sure its clients will not fail into false advertisement!
People trust Yahoo and Yahoo should be liable for the true of its advertise.
After order and payment of the 2 watches for $88.93 on October 6, 2021 from Kinetic Pro watch through Yahoo advertisement, there was no confirmation, order receipt or user account... shown. I expected to receive an email but nothing was received. The product on the site was promised to arrive on Monday October 11, 2021 and it didn't happen either.
On October 12, 2021 I claimed it was a purchase dispute on my Citi credit card, and the product finally arrived 10 days later on October 21, 2021. so far there is still an open dispute on citi.com.
The instruction came with the product advised to download an app (no name) to set the date. There was no way I can do the first step to correct the watch date and my blood pressure was up high, I determine to return the product but there is no return address, plus my 3 emails that sent to its support email links had no responses!
This will be problem where we can find trustworthy legitimate company? Yahoo should make sure its clients will not fail into this trap again!
