My email is gone. The help desk is useless. I have had this account for 23 yrs. My email has disappeared before and within hours it has been restored, by clicking on the link.
I have requested a restoration 4 times in 5 days.
According to the help desk, Yahoo can only restore up to the last 7 days.This is new. But also completely untrue, as whatever restore yahoo has done, you has given me partial emails back to sept24.
The help desk can only help american accounts. My account is not an yahoo.ca account, it is a yahoo.com account from 1997. I have never changed it as i work 6-7 months a year in the USA.
Is there any hope of resolution, or a chance i can talk to technical services?
