I have had my yahoo account since 2004. I have only seen the yahoo mail service continue to worsen and the only reason I kept it previously was because I had assigned important contacts and subscriptions to it in the past. But rather than attempt to keep longstanding users, or even reward them, we are instead punished for using adblock. Having used yahoo mail in the past without adblock I can say that the user experience was terrible and very intrusive. Yahoo has never been one for moral or ethical standards and I know that it has taken the easy route of aggressively commercialised content, following near financial doom, but this one really takes things to new heights as I have to wait 15 seconds every time I check my emails or return to my email page. Just have some **** courtesy please. Not everything needs to be monetised, yahoo, this is why people hate you and have left in their droves evident by the fact that u try to replicate existing servers but still fall short. Anyway, I will give it one month and if nothing changes then I will finally move all my contacts and information over to gmail. I don't care if it takes an entire week.
