Often I trash an email without thinking of it to keep my inbox tidy however I then look for it a week later and see that it is not there! This is frustrating I am more than capable of emptying my trash folder when I want to this should not be automatic. Or at least you should be able to set the frequency of how often you wanted it deleted. I would choose every month likely. This is frustrating and an easy case of a system over-helping and then in turn hurting.
