Email I should be getting is neither in my Inbox or Spam folder. I had to sign up using a different email address to get my reply.
I signed up twice for something that I was supposed to receive an email to open and confirm my subscription. It was neither in my Inbox or my Spam folder after 12 hours. I signed up again using a different email address, and it appeared immediately. Why are you holding email back from delivery?? If anything, you should be sending to my spam folder so I can mark as "not spam"...not just NOT delivering email. And we're paying $60 a year for this??
