Complaint About New Storage Hard Sale Approach
I received an email today that you storage limits will now cost $. I have no problem with that. However, it is now nearly impossible to tell what my current limit is. You do state that it's 200 GB, but it's in my email. No where else is it stated. The only other place is on the storage FAQ page, where you state that Yahoo+ emails can have up to 1.2 TB of storage: 1 TB they can buy, and the 200 GB that comes with Yahoo+. But it's no place else.
I'm supposed to be able to see it in the lower left corner when I click on settings. But it only shows my current usage, which is a little more than 5 GB. Nowhere near the 200 GB limite of Yahoo+. And yet, everything I read pushes me to purchase 100 GB. It's very misleading, and very disappointing that Yahoo would stoop to tricking people into paying another $2/month by removing all indication of their limit, except for one email and a FAQ.
I've been a loyal user of Yahoo since 2000, when you were still a search engine. I expected more from you. Please put the current limit back on the display, and make it easeir to find. I'm already paying for Yahoo+ and have no need for more storage. The least you can do is make my current limit easy to find.
