How can we improve Yahoo Member Center?

Let us talk to a human being instead of an useless automated system.

Why are some of my emails going to an account I didn't know I have? They don't reach me and people tell me about it all the time. They say they've sent me emails and I don't receive them; AND they are not in my Spam folder.

    The computer that I tried to use yesterday was too slow and old. This is newer I am using this with Microsoft not chrome The birthday that is in here was my husband that passed away 10/11/04 My new one blacked out and now I'm trying to get this one going. My AOL account was hard to get on here as well because of the change I did yesterday. My Birthday is 4/30/43 Rene Scott Jupiter, FL.
    Please help me as I had brain surgery two weeks ago and I'm getting frustrated. Thank you I changed my password to ReneXanadu405 I hope this works.
