No help at all. I lost my email on my desk top, that has always been free of charge. I made the mistake of putting my cell phone number as a recovery number. Now, to get back on yahoo mail , it seems that I need to open a new account on my phone (which I have no need for) and pay five dollars a month for. Which in itself is not that much, but at 86 years old on fixed income its like five hundred.
