3rd Part App password not Generating!
When I generate a new password after deleting an old one, it says sorry this feature isn't available .. why? since yesterday for aol.. yahoo mail..

Yahoo **** the bed for the last time on me. Im switching to gmail. Yahoo does not care about any of there customers anymore

I've been struggling for months to reconnect Outlook to Yahoo via POP/IMAP after a stupidly removed the App Password trying to fix another issue. The AP works for my phone (created a couple of years ago) but no longer for my laptop.
There are thousands of comments below this one and the help (https://uk.help.yahoo.com/kb/account/generate-manage-third-party-passwords-sln15241.html) still tells us what to do, but it continues to say that "This feature is unavailable at present". I've been subscribed to Yahoo since the mid-1990s so please do the decent thing and either reinstate this feature or change the help to tell us that this will not be reinstated.

After many years of happy use. I'm now very frustrated and annoyed. No sign of this being sorted. Yesterday, I was told it may work again in a month!!!

I was able to generate passwords on Sept 27 & 29 but not sense then. And support just told me that their upgrade temporarily does not provide this feature at this time. This is unacceptable!!!! for years & years I have had Outlook pull in yahoo email as well as gmail & microsoft mail. How can yahoo increase their price while taking away key features!
UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
