    After many years of happy use. I'm now very frustrated and annoyed. No sign of this being sorted. Yesterday, I was told it may work again in a month!!!

    Like all here, I am bemused at the approach of Yahoo. Support saying yesterday when called that it may work in a month, keep trying, but recommend using the web. Just trying to get rid of the call. If it is a policy decision, have the guts to say so.

    Time to move away from Yahoo.

    This is appalling.
    I spoke with Yahoo help desk. First was told to try a different computer and browser. Then told it will just happen if I keep trying. When asked how long, perhaps a month of trying was the answer.

    They kept telling me to use the web browser.

    Really does seem that they don't want us using Outlook. So, many years of use coming to an end, off to another email provider.
