New Finance is not so good. Where are the markets? Put them at the top. Overburdened with news and videos making it slow to download
Put the Markets across the top of the page, decrease the overly busy front page. Its become a squashed up mess of a bunch of information in your face at once. You were my favorite finance website by streaks, miles.....now, not so much.

The sad thing is that the executives obviously don't read comments

Yes videos that you don't intend to watch automatically start streaming and make it extremely slow to read news or anything else for that matter

The new finance page is awful. Not one single thing is an improvement. The market indices, yea they are squeezed over there on importantly on the side, you have to use a magnifier to read them. Geesh. Then story items all crowded together in a mess. Further down, stories with a picture moved to the right, and font something or other that is harder to read.
THE NEW PAGE IS WORTHLESS AS PRESENTED!!!!
Put the old version back, and do it today !

After 10 years of using this platform , today the first day that I was forced to use this unspeakable version having no option of using the older one (like for the past year) I was totally confused. and
I DECIDED TO START USING ALTERNATIVE PLATFORMS

Perhaps a compromise to the current situation may be to allow the experienced / current users to roll back to the Classic, but hold the new users to the v2.0, as the newbies would not have to deal with such a shock to the new UI/UX. Meanwhile, the dev team can contiuously improve the v2.0 by addressing the highlighted pain points and fixing the bugs asap.

Agree with all of these comments. Used to be able to open your site and peruse everything I wanted to see AT A GLANCE!! Don't you get it??? Based on the quality of this product I don't think so!! So one more time, LESS IS MORE!!!!

The new finance home page is extremely laggy. Give us the choice of using the classic site please. Terrible! Very upset.

The new format is garbage. I am not sorry to the idiots in the web design who put this forward. Test before you put out absolute trash

Garbage, all compact and small. ******* the eyes, this is why i have not used this ridiculous format. Now that they have forced it on me, i'll just use fidelity for everything. The news articles were trash anyway. Click bait nonsense. I'll miss the forum banter, but that's it. This interface is dog *** ugly to look at and navigate. Another company changing for the sake of changing. Good riddance.

Does the content team actually use their own site as investors? If they do, it is hard to believe they would force this bloated, "non-responsive" whale on us. You are trying to do entirely to much on a single portfolio page. The result is a bloated resource hog. Please give s access to the Classic View.

Will look for alternatives to Yahoo. Terrible new look you have here.

Absolutely! There was no easier interface to get a quick glance at the markets, see what I am following, and search articles. Now it is HORRIBLE. I have to maximize things on a small screen to just to look off the little side bar to view stock prices. Have used this site close to 20 years. Now I need to look for a site that I can see the markets (at the top) and clearly see what I own and/or following. Pay attention to what users want.

Why are you now blocking the option to go back to Yahoo Finance Classic?!?! The new version is cumbersome and inefficient and you are going to drive people away from one of the few remaining reasons for anyone to go to Yahoo.

Matt Plumer commented
Please change it back or give us the option to opt-out of this view and go back to classic.
If your answer is to Upgrade to Premium, then my answer is "good bye". I will find another site and move hundreds of the people I invest with over. -

I agree with the others here, the old way was/is better

I've used Yahoo Finance for 20+ years, maybe even 25. The reason? They don't mess with what works. About 10 years ago I thought "Someone at Yahoo is eventually going to have to justify their job by changing Yahoo Finance and I'm gonna have to find a new finance site." Welp, the day has come I guess. This is the BEST and ONLY site on the internet without developers with ants in their pants about upgrading/changing the website every week. Keep it that way.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE! I hate it and cannot figure out how to opt out!! Found this: "To opt out, click "Back to classic yahoo!finance" at the bottom of the page under the widget dock." Have scoured the page and NOWHERE can I find "Back to classic yahoo!finance", Not at the bottom of the page or anywhere else! AND, what the **** is the widget dock?????
