    I think having to scroll side to side is the worst part of many things wrong with this changed design. Especially since I have to scroll all the way to the bottom to do it. It's imposible to see what you need when you have to scroll all the way down, slide side ways and then go back up to the one you needed to see the info on. Horrible

    Agreed, the new portfolio format is horrible. Before this is fixed, if ever, if you are using a standard mouse with scroll wheel, instead of going to the bottom of the page to scroll left or right, push down the scroll wheel and move the mouse left or right anywhere on the portfolio page to see all of it.

    That is my biggest gripe that and my notes being scrunched up in their boxes. Difficult to read varus the one line

    Let us get rid of the right-side modules. They have no place in the portfolio views, and keep us from seeing the entire picture (or printing the details).

    The gray slide bar should ALWAYS be accessible in portfolio view, in order to always be able to scroll left or right. I HATE having to scroll so much, but right now IT DOES NOT WORK FOR ME. this change at least makes it a little more useable.

    As I said elsewhere, this format is not helpful or fun to me. I have upgraded my service level hoping things might be better. No change. I am looking for replacement service, as i type.

    Every change to Yahoo Finance since the 1990s has been a step backwards, but this, by far, is the worst. So bad I'm trying to find a different stock tracker that was as simple to use as Classic Yahoo.

    I absolutely agree with Michael Liu. Portfolio view needs to use all the space left and right. Please no forced right panel. If you place it there instead of above, make it completely removable!
    And in portfolio view I'd like to have the graphical 52week indicator back - not just numbers.

    The new right panels are useless, and not removable, ALWAYS give users an option to remove when you add something new. For people who finds it useful, great, for people who is used to the panels not being there for the past 20+ years, why force them to change? Because of these added panels, now I can't see all my columns.

    Portfolio display is now smaller to view less data. Why would anyone want to view less data about their portfolio? What Yahoo intern thought this was a good idea?

    I agree as well. Having the old view with all the columns visible was much better

    The new layout shrinks the text to uncomfortably small size and yet manages to INCREASE the screen area usage to show LESS information.
    Widening the window on screen will not give more screen area because the shown page will not scale wider beyond a certain, too narrow, width. It just adds empty white space on both sides.
    The right hand column is a useless space hog most of the time, it should be removable or shrinkable to a narrow bar on the edge with an "expand" button.
    The page width limit should be removed and the column widths should be user adjustable or at least, default to a minimum needed. The company names listing should be left-aligned and preferably editable by user to shorten the longest names to save space.
    And, the pages would benefit a lot from a loading speed increase.

    I am all for the condensed view, Having to scroll up and down is ridiculous.
    Bring back the enhanced view or original view.

    Yep. Ditto all that. Can't see the columns on one page and have to scroll down. Can't get rid of side bar. May have to find a new service.

    The new right hand column is ridiculous. We need to see the entire page without having to scroll horizontal. Please give an option to remove the right column.

    I cannot believe anyone at Yahoo! Finance thought this new design was an improvement. It's absolutely horrible. We now have to scroll left and right, but before we can do that, we have to go all the way to the bottom to get to the scrolling button.
