PLEASE-PLEASE-PLEASE, go back to the "Yahoo Finance Classic" display. Biggest fault of good management/managers is fixing what isn't broken.

I wonder is there another platform we can use instead of Yahoo Finance because it sounds like they don't really care what we think.

I would like to go back to Yahoo Finance Classic. It's working, it's pleasant to my eyes and it's user friendly. I value function over aesthetic and that was Yahoo Finance Classic.

This platform is not ready for user interface. Its oversight is to much information in one eye sight and the fonts are too small. The previous version as mentioned bye many enthousiasts was miles ahead and very progressive for its generation. Very well done for these programmers and webdesigners. I understand that yahoo wants to go forward and if you hire people to create new webdesign they have to bring results otherwise its money not spend well. This can still go back to beta version for one year and come with better version in 2026. Thats just my humble point of view. I hope i did not disrespect people who work hard to get it right. good luck

I got a reply from YAHOO:
Hello,
Thanks for reaching out to Yahoo Finance.
I'm sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the new layout of Yahoo Finance. No worries, I'll do my best to assist you accordingly.
As we roll out the new layout of Yahoo Finance, we encourage our users to utilize it. I know that it is overwhelming to see a lot of changes that have happened on Yahoo Finance, since you are already used to the old view. But we are working to provide a user-friendly and the best layout for our members to take advantage of the features that our engineering team has been working on to benefit you in the future.
We would like to make things right. We'll greatly appreciate it if you can write a feedback by going to this link. There's always something on the drawing board, and several of our best features and services have come directly from users like you.
If you have additional questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us again.
Best,
Olivia

Agreed. Provide option to revert to classic view to allow choice. New format is too cluttered.

Yahoo has shown that it is against its own users. As a punishment, users received this waste for Christmas.

People write to yahoo managers and because the director. Nobody can see it here. Only the creator of the garbage reads these messages.

current episode is a repeat of what happened in the previous "improvement" several years ago. Better effort need be in the direction improving accuracy of data and its timely updating, especially EX dividend dates and payout dates.
I have no confidence in Yahoo/broker linking efforts, because of the repeated management "experiments" to the portfolio feature.
Crowding out columns of portfolio data is your biggest sin. It would please me and others in restoring classic portfolio feature.

let us use yahoo classic or we will switch to another platform.. try listening to your users while you still have some.. this looks like it was designed by an engineer with no trading or investing experience..

Basically this new version sucks. Preferred the Classic version of fiance. All the platforms seem intent on how to annoy their users the most.

Hey Yahoo, Morningstar tried this a few months ago and the user outcry was so pointed and voluminous that they caved and brought back the legacy version for those who want it. You could learn something from them -- LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, or we're out of here.

BRING BACK CLASSIC. if you want to make changes, make them incrementally based on user feedback not based on some guy you hired this past August.

Yahoo I need you to understand , if you don't bring back classic I'm literally not going to use your new UI. it's that bad. I am not the not the only one, the many Internet forums and social media posts show how many people hate this and are leaving. your revenue is about to drop. theres no getting used to garbage. and every day you wait to bring it back, you lose people that find new finance websites and set up shop their, by the time you implement classic yahoo back its too late, people like your competitor, and they won't come back.

FYI, just set it up so I need to see how it runs, but the free version of seeking alpha has dark mode and a wide view for custom stocks layouts.

Why you guys put effort to trash a good thing - the opening page of the Yahoo Finance? I guess, like everything else this days, if is good and works, destroy it and come up with trash. Good job on doing that!
