Please bring back the old classic yahoo!finance charts.
At least give us the option to choose between the new charts and old charts.
I hate that everything that is time related is now at the bottom, not at the top. This is very uncommon and not user friendly. And bar charts are blue which I really hate (they should be grey/black, just like before). And you can't turn off the red/green horizontal price line. Old charts were just superior in every aspect to those who prefer simplicity like me. New charts are also buggy and if you have opened many tabs they work slower and sometimes the chart doesn't show up and you have to refresh the page.

I really liked the classic format simply because it was functional. The new format is NOT functional.

I gave in and revisited my portfolio and gave Yahoo an incremental page view to see how the "improvement" to close the sidebar worked. The ability to close the sidebar helped very slightly. I can now see maybe 50% of my data columns instead of 40% of them. I would still need to scroll horizontally to see everything that I used to be able to see in a single view. There is still great wasted blank space (like half my screen) on the left and right on my 32" 4K monitor.
I am going back to using Seeking Alpha and FinViz until Yahoo portfolios are made usable again and won't give Yahoo my page views.

I have never gotten a good response through the emal, soooo how about this headquarters phone number is 408.349.3300. They are closed after hours but they do accept messages. Dial the number and push 3 to leave a message. Sometimes people have to hear voices and not an impersonal email.

The new finance also makes it very difficult to delete a stock from your lists the icon for the trash is tiny and often when you try to delete it opens instead. Yahoo get your stuff together and revert back to classic.

If you go to the top right of the portfolio page, you can close the dock. You will get the full expanded portfolio page. It's obviously not as good as the previous style, but it's not as bad as you might think.

It is so bad, it keeps crashing my computer. It's almost starting to look like some sort of corporate sabotage (people trying to do harm to the company and the product). Come on yahoo.....put out some kind of statement and explain what is going on!!!!!!!!

If I was rich, I would buy yahoo and fire each and every one of you rookie 25 year old snowflakes that have no clue what you are doing. I'm not rich but you will eventually get fired.

Bring back Classic view. New version cumbersome.

This new format is awful. It's sensory overload. There's no sense to the flow.

ABSOLUTELY MISERABLE, I will be using another company for market data..Classic was great! The new version is worthless!

Dock switch is useful - BUT there isn't enough room in the holdings summary. Having to scroll left and right is a pain. You cant take all info in at once. Containing it within a window is not the answer (hence why everyone loves CLASSIC View).
Also the ads top and bottom are too big, load slow, cause lag and then when they do load it changes the aspect of the relevant information so the ads can fit.
How is it that the average user has to tell you how much the new design sucks, and yet your own design team cant see it. Thanks for the Docker, but the rest is still terrible, so until its all fixed, Im sticking with TradingView and Seeking Alpha.

Can't add RSI to a chart - it appears at first, but becomes blank later. The selected timeframe isn't saved either, it seems. Not to mention all may settings from the old version are gone. That sucks.

Thumbs up on the dock switch.
How can I view the market summary at the top of the portfolio page to see the big picture? The changes should not force a user to choose between market status and portfolio.

Thank you for bringing back some sense of useability to Yahoo Finance. The dock switch is helpful

The new dock switch on the right is a great new addition!

Classic version is so much better. We used to have the option to remain on the old layout and that is now gone. Shame on yahoo.

Everyone on this thread is 100% correct. The designers apparently never used new page for practicality. Sucks.

I don’t really understand why yahoo go away from better and good looking useful Classic version to a very complicate and unserviceable chart in the latest view version.
