Hire some programmers and support staff that know what they're doing
I have contacted Yahoo Support for a number of issues with regard to items that don't work - Like trying to create a new portfolio from an imported CSV file. All I get from the support staff is requests for me to basically reconfigure (reset) my computer and browser back to original settings. Honestly guys, if they can't figure out how to read a CSV file I don't think there is much hope for anything else.
