    I have never gotten a good response through the emal, soooo how about this headquarters phone number is 408.349.3300. They are closed after hours but they do accept messages. Dial the number and push 3 to leave a message. Sometimes people have to hear voices and not an impersonal email.

    Bolinger Bands do not stay on cha
    rt from one session to another.

    And you absolutely have to reload the page as after adding these indicators and changing the Period (1 min / 1 day / 4 hours) the entire chart becomes blank.

    Aren't the setting supposed to be encoded in the URL? Copy-pasting an URL into a new tab no longer works.

    Sometimes the page starts quickly toggling between periods, endlessly.

    Guys, do you develop in production?
