Fix all your broken and non-functional "support"
About 2-3 years ago, Yahoo began censoring 100% of my comments without explanation or recourse. I could post "I love Yahoo" and then Yahoo would immediately reject it and claim "it violates the community guidelines". So I created a second account and Yahoo again began censoring 100% of my comments. Why is this happening, how do we get it fixed, and why have you made it impossible to report it from the rejected emails directly to get someone to address it?
Then, when I went to your "support" page (https://help.yahoo.com/kb/finance-for-web) to submit a request, the page just repeatedly reloads without actually creating the request. See below. Why is everything on Yahoo broken and impossible to get support on?
I do not want to become a paying Yahoo Finance member until I'm confident that your "support" systems will ACTUALLY work, and that you won't make it impossible to reach a human to fix these sort of issues.
