I read a couple of your articles on Costco, and how the numbers weren’t there. I’m not surprised. I work for them, the amount of seafood they either discount, or destroy is ridiculous. They have those huge displays of some great selling items like salmon, and trout. And lots of poor selling items. They get close to expiring, then they are marked down massively, or they get thrown out. I have no idea why they keep pushing this market. I saw a report, and the amount they lose on the mark downs is in the millions, forget the product that is being destroyed.

Costco’s thing was supposed to have 1 item with the best price. Now there is multiple salmon, multiple *****, multiple lobsters, multiple shrimp. And huge discounts and destroyed products.
