Find a job where you can grow in the company by growing I mean get a raise, work holidays the calendar, and as much overtime as one can. As one is promoted and as one works the calendar and put money in a 401k from the raises and from the time in a half from working on holidays you can put a little more into your 401k as you grow and work so will what you put away.
