Be honest on Oil Prices affecting gas prices in the US
As you know as well as our government, the US gets 75% of it oil domestically and then a large portion of the remaining comes from Canada and Mexico. Last I saw, neither country was affected by the Straight. That said, only .05% of our oil comes from the Middle East. That said, our country as a whole is not affected by the Straight being closed, but our domestic oil and gas prices keep going up when in actuality, they should be going down. Why doesn't the media stress this or is the media, corporate, and Government greed that keeps it sound like our oil supply is going to ****? What would it hurt to tell the truth and say that the US is not being impacted on the oil issue, even Trump said that we are not being impacted. People need to start asking this question and maybe Yahoo can make the first step and ask this question as to why our oil and gas prices are going up when our oil and gas systems are not affected by the Iran Way? Simple ask
