Once you have a program in place that performs all the functions the user needs and you are NOT getting complaints, it DOESN'T MAKE IT BETTER WHEN YOU JUST MAKE IT DIFFERENT !!!!
I ENJOYED the old "mail-room" got many, many years without any problems and was comfortable with it.
Now it's a major pain.
DON'T "FIX IT" WHEN IT AIN'T BROKE. IF YOU WANT TO "PUT UP NEW CURTAINS, PAINT THE WALLS AND HANG NEW PICTURES THAT'S FINE, BUT DON'T MESS WITH THE FURNISHINGS. I HAD MINE BROKEN IN PERFECTLY.
