Emails in the Trash folder are deleted every 7 days. there should be an option to change the deletion period to every 14 days and 30 days. Sometimes emails are inadvertently deleted and changing the deletion time periods would aid in removing the emails from the Trash folder before being deleted and having to go through the recovery process.
