  2. Unable to open mail if traveling to another country provided a telephone number is given and you are unable to use that phone number while

    Agreed. The new access restriction do not improve security; it is just a hassle for users. How stupid it is that a global concept like email over the Internet has been reduced to a localized marketing system that tries to collect unnecessary data like phone numbers for their already insecure database.
