   Yahoo Mail discontinued their phone number in Australia some time within the last 12 months.

   Since then, I use Twitter (@YahooCare) and Yahoo Help (https://io.help.yahoo.com/contact/index?page=contact&locale=en_AU&y=PROD_MAIL_ML in Australia).

   All Yahoo Mail accounts receive spam emails. It doesn't mean that they have been "hacked". Report all spam emails to spamcop.net, so that the mail server's admin is aware that their mail server is being used to send spam, and they can then cancel the spammer's account.
