  1. Please educate your reporters. Charles is NOT King of England, the title does not exist.

Why does Yahoo insist on allowing our friends across the pond to get it wrong every single time? There was no recent Queen of England, and there is no King of England. I know it is done for ease, as those across the pond just do not understand, just like TV's The Crown got it wrong all the time, as it catered for a US audience. Enough is enough. If you are going to report items, then get it right.

  2. Your article "Rainy Day Blues" is missing a key researcher's name.

Instead of "Together with researchers at the University of Lucerne in Switzerland"
it should be: "Together with Prof. Leif Brandes at the University of Lucerne in Switzerland"

And if you can add a link to the paper that would be grand:
    https://academic.oup.com/jcr/advance-article-abstract/doi/10.1093/jcr/ucac003/6516531

Reference your polls. Why have they constantly aimed at the UK (England) performances.EG today's poll, how have to UK Government handled the covid virus? Badly I would say. However, the devolved Governments have carried out a great job, in spite off Johnstons incompetence.

  6. Alexander J. Maier-Dlamini the 11th Marquess of Annaville

    Hi
You have an article on the front page of yahoo today, supposedly written by Alexander J. Maier-Dlamini the 11th Marquess of Annaville - but there is no such title,
    The position is faked.
The story mentions his husband, Prince Sungani Dlamini of Kingdom of Eswatini - this person does not appear to exist, either - are you sure the article is not fake too?

  7. TV Quiz of the Year: Wrong Answer

In your TV Quiz of the Year by Rob Waugh, posted on 23 December 2020, the question asked 'Who was not made into a celebrity bust on Bake off 2020'. You've stated that Freddie Mercury was the correct answer when in fact he was made into a bust. The correct answer was Ozzie Osbourne.

  9. Fake News story

    Referring to https://uk.news.yahoo.com/noa-pothoven-dutch-girl-raped-child-legally-euthanised-224258765.html?bcmt=1

This story is false and contains lies/mistakes. This girl was not euthanised as the story suggests. She was declined as doctors believed she should follow the treatment path set out for her. Stories like this damage public perception on some controversial issues and should not be posted lightly by any outlet.

  11. I suggest you hire me to edit your news articles.

Yahoo news articles are consistently littered with grammatical errors, and judging by the comments left a lot of people have picked up on this. It would look far more professional if the articles were properly edited by someone with an outsider perspective and a good grasp of English grammar. I can help you. My fees are negotiable.

  15. Dangerous advice

Your article on 'how to tell if your cat or dog has heatstroke - and what to do about it' is littered with poor and dangerous advice. I would like to know where you got this 'advice' from. You say that 'adding a bit of salt can help replace lost minerals' which is just wrong in any event but you failed to say how much salt you think would be appropriate. Dogs and cats will not drink salty water, especially if some well-meaning owner has followed your advice and put an unknown quantity into their water bowl. I suggest next…

  17. What's wrong with this story?

Having come to the UK from the US I thought this article interesting. Then I read it. The person whose birth record has been changed to intersex is 55 years old, so the story says. Why would doctors even discover so early on (at birth) that "she" had male genes when "she" had been born with female genitalia? The story never describes any kind of reason for the question to even have even been raised. What was very apparent to me was that genetic testing was in its infancy back in 1961. Unless the child was born with both ***…

  19. Check your news reports for insensitive promotional interuptions

Trying to read you news report on the Brussels explosions with 21 people killed only to be constantly interrupted by your promotion of Andra Day's music video. Reading about this serious attack with Andra singing in the background is incredibly insensitive of Yahoo and I am appauled it was allowed to be presented in this way.
