I hurt my self at work and am on a return to work program that I can not tolerate the hours or the job but because their doctors exam says they way I hurt my self I should be all healed up in 6 weeks it has been almost 2 months and I am in constant pain and they are not covering me any more.why do we have web and pay our premiums if they don't help out the employee that needs the help.where does all the money go.and why do their doctors get the final say.my doctor and physiotherapist say no I should either not be back or need to reduce my hours again but web says NO you need to such up the back pain and work through it that's what my worker told me today to do when I am expected to go back to my full duties in a week.
