I've been sending emails and phone calls to those who advertise on yahoo asking them if they are aware of the underhanded methods yahoo uses on their behalf! Every single ad plays without issue but only one in ten stories actually play! I'm fully updated on my devices and only yahoo does this. I believe yahoo does this intentionally to get you to attempt to reload the page over and over to increase hits on ads to falsify thier success. Their padding the numbers and should be severely fined! And yahoo shine is outright fraudulent!! Intentional redirects to known scams and fraudulent companies!!!
