I've been a Yahoo Mail user for nearly 20 years, and I'm extremely disappointed with the new version. One of the reasons I stayed with Yahoo for so long was because it had its own unique interface. The new design feels like a copy of Gmail, and it has lost the simplicity and layout that made Yahoo Mail easy to use.

I would like the option to use the previous Basic Mail or the classic interface. Not every long-time customer wants the redesigned experience, and it would be appreciated if Yahoo allowed users to choose the version that works best for them.

I've remained a loyal customer for many years, and this change has made using my email much less enjoyable. I hope you'll consider bringing back the previous Basic Mail experience or providing an option to switch back.
