There is a new community in Beltsville MD and your online maps have the wrong name or don't have the street at all! We have customers that are having a tough time trying to find us and residents who are having trouble with delivery’s or guests getting to their home! Please correct this as soon as possible! The Neighborhood is called Brickyard Station. It eventually will have over 400 homes. The old street was called Summerville Ave. that street is now Brickyard Blvd The missing street that runs perpendicular to it is Silver Thorn Way. Our 2 models are at 12509 & 12511 and 1 occupied home at 12525 Brickyard Blvd. 3 homes are occupied on Silver Thorn Way 7233, 7235 and 7237 at this time. This can be verified by the US Postal Service since the occupied homes are receiving mail. Zip code is 20705. The street signs are up and approved by Prince George's County code enforcement.
