Why is this happening, when I click on Yahoo Maps, it's opening to a map of the Middle East, when it should open to a map closest to my IP?

Why is this happening, when I click on Yahoo Maps, it's opening to a map of the Middle East, when it should open to a map closest to my IP location? Please investigate and fix this problem.
