There was a time when email search worked pretty well. Now, it sucks. If one tries to do a search such as "to:ford," it also searched "from:" and the text of emails. The result is a **** of a lot of garbage and damned little of value. Whoever screwed it up should be fired. So should his/her boss who approved it.
