Request to Block search results - "Oops!"
The 'Email a Specialist - Requests to Block search results in Yahoo Search: Resource for European Residents' isn't working. Always comes up with a page saying "Oops!" with no further direction. I have tried multiple times and it never works - incredibly frustrating!
I have been unable to find a human to report it to so hopefully someone can help me here.

On Google Chrome it is now saying Forbidden on every single document I try and upload. Pdf and jpg, and below the 4MB requirement.
Does anyone know how I can contact a Yahoo! representative??
