You should have customer service for your Customers. Then you would keep Customers.
I have a Yahoo account and I cannot verify my account even though I have entered the correct information. I wanted to add funds the my account to play in Fantasy money leagues but there is NO way to contact a human being so I guess I will take my $$ elsewhere. I would say Horrible Customer Service but there is NO Customer Service..
