When either of the above addresses is entered into your search they are misplaced at a location just east of the intersection of Savannah Road and the RR crossing. The correct locations are approximately 600 ft. and 300 ft. respectively on the east side of the RR crossing and on the north side of Savannah Road. They are the addresses for the communities of Huling Cove and Huling Cove Annex, respectively. Huling Cove is a Delaware State Housing Authority managed community with 24 residential rental units. The adjacent property and separate legal entity of Huling Cove Annex is also a DSHA managed property of 42 residential rental units.
