No bridge across Lake Travis in Austin, TX area
Even though Lakeway, TX and Lago Vista, TX are close as the bird flies, there is NO bridge because of the steep topo with hills, gorges and valleys in this most scenic area of the Texas Hill Country. You must drive all the way around the lake (about an hour) passing through Jonestown. Use the Anderson Mill Rd. shortcut in Cedar Park to go from FM 620 to FM 1431.
