Online vs App
Yahoo pushes the app on tablets such as the IPad and other portable deceives but the app doesn't really offer the same content, if an article online has the video and the app doesn't offer it that is generally a detractor. Why push the app and not offer the same consistent content. This is silly. Another thing that people online like is access to the comments found in most articles. This also seems to dissipate with the use of the app, finding most articles devoid of the discussion portion found online at the end of most articles. This creates a disconnect with Yahoo!'s ever push app promotion because the expectation is availability of same content on a new platform but the reality is that simply isn't the case. So far the app just falls flat.
