You have the wrong location for me!
Even though I have my location settings set correctly for this app, I keep getting news alerts pertaining to the Los Angeles and Southern California area. We all know you can't be contacted for technical support assistance or a help desk, so I guess the only remedy is to delete this app and post online how bad your customer support is.
