how about doing a story on this subject
We are a community of about 70,000 people mostly small businesses in Lake County Calif. Very few banks are giving loans unless you were a customer of theirs. I was told by both Wells Fargo and B of A were only working with customers. My bank Community first credit Union is not making any loans and West America Bank is only making ppp loans which will do no good if we are out of business. It does no good to have a program in which ALL FEDERAL BANKS AND INSTITUTIONS DO NOT PARTICIPATE.
I have applied online to the SBA,… -
Kudos
I recently realized that Yahoo News' news feed has become something to check in with on a daily basis -- whereas it used to be, well, something to glance at on the way to checking email. Kudos. -- J.

https://mindtastik.com/coronavirus-meditation-a-mindful-approach-to-stay-calm/
Meditation app with a collection of audios on how to cope with stress & anxiety during the COVID19 outbreak. The app has become free during this pandemic (however some popups asking you to subscribe may appear, just disregard them as all our content is free inside without needing to pay anything). I think this would help a lot of people while they stay at home in self-isolation.

Don't remove stories so quickly
Having stories appear in your notifications that once clicked on take you to a page that says story no longer available is irritating particularly when it's barely been more then 24 hours since the notification was posted. Is it really taking up that much server space to keep a story accessible for a few days? It makes me wonder why I even use 'Newsroom'. Come on Yahoo. You use to be a heavy-hitter. But now?

What happened to the "Science" section in Yahoo News? Two days with nothing there.
Put something in the science section. At least in other sections you put 1 and two year old recipes.

Do Not show prejudice. The headline 'trump attorneys ambushed...' The attorneys were ill prepared! No one attacked!
The reader is being mislead by your headline. The administration and their supporters have been 'SELLING' their plan to have a quick trial. So, why were the attorneys not prepared!

I’m very curious as to why other countries are releasing inmates and our country IS NOT!!!! They need to release non violent offenders that are there for minor violations and elderly inmates. The need to make room for the sick and be able to self distance. ALL US jails and prisons are overcrowded. The Gov’t needs to think logically at this time. Money needs to be saved!!! On an average it costs a 100.00 a day to house a federal inmate. These other countries are making the US look really bad. We are already behind on the quarantine of this…

Stop posting non-applicable Videos and commercials
I am not liking that the videos that are now launching within an article have absolutely nothing to do with the article itself other than it might have the featured person in it. IT IS A WASTE OF MY TIME.!!!
ALSO, I have not been liking the commercials that launch immediately when opening an article. You should know I didn't look AT EVEN ONE!! that's great for your advertising, let your sponsors know that nobody is watching. -
I love today's look of the news page much better than previous versions. Thank you.
I like the format today. I would also like the option of choosing which type of news I get on my page without having to explain why.

Michael Isikoff should follow-up on a story with thoroughness as befits a true Investigative Journalist
Mr. Isikoff interviewed Stephen Kinzer about Whitey Bulger's involvement in MKUltra Project--yet, sadly, Kinzer knew little to nothing about Bulger's involvement. Any info he now has, he received from me through his friend Michael Rezendes, AP investigative journalist. Bulger didn't understand the full intent of MKUltra and his own victimization until after his trial in 2013. He discovered it through me. I was the juror in Bulger's trial that told Rezendes that I would not have found Bulger guilty of any of the murders had the truth of MKUltra been presented. I do not blame his attorneys for not presenting…

NEWS FLASH
MSNBC Chris Matthews, host of Hardball for just over 20 years, said goodbye to his audience tonight, 90-seconds into his show, and walked off the set in Washington. This clearly took MSNBC off guard as they dove into an 8-minute station break followed by Steve Kornaki (sp?) coming on saying, "Whew! That's a lot to take in. We still have to fill this hour.

Disappointed Yahoo! Dozens of gossip stories, but no mention of Orthodox Christmas.
Show some cultural intelligence in your reporting!

Report bipartisan news and PLEASE report on something other than Trump or Epstein. We are all sick of their pictures!!
I don't want to open up Yahoo every day and see a picture of Trump or Epstein that stays on there all day. Rotate your stories like you used to do and stop running them and then repeating them multiple times, please!
