Your auto-play adverts are a PITA. I have tried unsuccessfully to turn them off. Very annoying when listening to music from another source.
The local Murky News from San Jose is not as bad as Yahoo. Now, I check what trash the Melissa foundation has got to say then I close the web page.
Can your experts not fix this issue?

Hi, your world news section is funny. You click Africa and get news about Swiss cows. Is there no revision? Or you click Europa and get news about penguins in Galapagos. LOL

It's all over for the Yahoo News feed. The sponsored posts are a death nail. WE DON'T WANT TO BE SOLD. That's not what a news feed is about. Man, you guys must be desperate for cash. Well, here I come Google.

Truth in reporting
I think Yahoo should start reporting the truth. They may be reporting the truth from one side (Liberal) but fail to report ANYTHING from the other side (Conservative). That is lying and dishonest.
Yahoo should always report both sides of every political story right next to each other if they refuse to than that should answer the question "WE NEED TO GET OUR NEWS ELSWARE. -

There needs to be an edit comment feature to fix errors. The only option is to delete the comment, but then it doesn't let you comment again.

I want a new color on my beachball apparently someone else who is an idiot has the same name with the same color. In the alternative..

Bring back avatar pictures, how are we supposed to know who we are dealing with?
I am almost certain the pictures were removed because of all the racist pics, however. Freedom means taking the good along with the bad. Stop being afraid.

When you click on a story, you're interested in reading and go back, it should take you back to the same page you were on previously.
Go back to the page where you were on the stories page instead of going back to the beginning. You shouldn't have to re-find the page you were on !!

Make autoplay preference off by deafault!
Autoplay is horrible and distracting and ruins the experience of reading an article. I saw it can be disabled by taking a specific action in the player but this is not good enough. It should be off by default.

Expand the"Recently Viewed" section
return the "recently viewed" selection of comics to the volume it was on the right side of the page - down to three now, and so I just don't bother to stay on the page as long.

time and date stamp the news entries - it's hard tell what's new
Give a timestamp/date so we can see the latest news - it is hard to tell when an article was added.

Don't make ads look like stories and news. Even when you can see the Ad symbol, it still is irritating to click on what you hoped was real information just to find they want to sell you something.
