CAPTIONS
Please please put captions for videos on a BLACK background if the text is white. For videos with a bar at the bottom describing who is talking etc, white captions over the top are impossible to read. Really big issue for access for Deaf and hard of hearing people.

can we get the links on the home page to actually work would be fantastic.I hate the big ribbon add at the top that you have to close everytime you come back to the home page. Point of interest, i never buy products from annoying dominating adds as a protest to such ads.

Make sure your links actually work. In the last week I have had pages shut down and then an "oops page won't load" appears.

Please explain why you insist on me providing a mobile number to set up a Yahoo account.
I don't provide my mobile phone number to anyone unless they have a valid reason. I certainly don't provide it over the internet.
Your excuses regarding "requiring" a mobile number to enable email resets are invalid.
Finally, I don't believe you are allowed to require such private information under Australian law.
You do not require it to provide the service being requested.Please provide an option to use a verified email address for password resets..

When I tried to OPT Out with Internet explore it will not and when I OPT Out with Google Chrome it does but the adds are still there.

Improve TV page! It is VERY unstable. I have tried for nearly half hour to find out what is on this evening but your TV pages keep changing
Simplify your pages. Takes far to long to get local TV. Even when I get to page I want you almost immediately change it to something else. Your TV page is very unstable.
