Plus7 app for Samsung smart tvs

I've got a new Samsung smart tv & can't download the app. Samsung tells me its because your developers haven't updated it for their tv's their end. Who's telling the truth? When will i get to download the app? My normal tv reception is **** and I'm missing my episodes of MKR!
