How can we improve the Yahoo AU homepage?

I cannot access my yahoo7 account or email.passwords no success. Sending email goes to yahoo account,

Can you please assist as I cannot access my Yahoo7 account or Yahoo email. I have tried all passwords with no success. I have relocated address and changeds computers and would like to access my yahoo7 email. Please contact me to help resolve this issue. Thanks.

    I am having difficulty sending emails from my Laptop and have to use Gmail as my service provider - why is this, I have been using Yahoo for about 20 years and the problem has only recently occurred.
