Make it easier to actually CONTACT Yahoo for help
Your current "Help' system is NO help at all because it just sends the user around in circles and there doesn't seem to be any way to actually CONTACT Yahoo.com to tell them that the alternate e-mail address they have listed for me does NOT exist.
What is more, Yahoo inserted this non-existant Yahoo7 address in spite of me stipulating an e-mail address on another site.
You could also STOP directing Yahoo.com member to the Yahoo7 homepage just because they live in Australia.

Ditto. Yahoo is devious and dishonest. That's my experience.

I have to agree. I'm overseas and unable to contact yahoo to change my old preference details so I can't sign in on any computer. It's absolutely useless. They've sent me an email advising that someone may be trying to access my account, and told me to sign in if it was me but I can't respond to them to tell them know.

AGREED, this has got to be one of the worst help (no help) areas of any site I have ever come across. It sucks a big one!!!
