Make it easier to actually CONTACT Yahoo for help
Your current "Help' system is NO help at all because it just sends the user around in circles and there doesn't seem to be any way to actually CONTACT Yahoo.com to tell them that the alternate e-mail address they have listed for me does NOT exist.
What is more, Yahoo inserted this non-existant Yahoo7 address in spite of me stipulating an e-mail address on another site.
You could also STOP directing Yahoo.com member to the Yahoo7 homepage just because they live in Australia.

Allow us to comment on articles. It is a reflection on how pathetic Y7 is re their attitude towards Australians.
How about allowing Australians to post comments on articles. Like everywhere else.

Broadsheet concept is very effective .Fix spam mail
Spam mail. Care about your product. Get an effective spam mail working. This is where all mail servers fail miserably.Private ISP e-mails issued by servers no better.Too many Yahoo type spam e-mails is a concern; Scammers always trying to get details and they are using Yahoo name .How is this possible? Keep adverts on the side not over articles being read will also help with angst.Been with Yahoo for a long time.Allow comments to apply for important issues.Otherwise service itself overall is good.Being better, being the best, is always a worthy goal.
