Yahoo!'s Feedback and Help options are a PR disaster
I tried to inquire about a problem with Yahoo! but I had the hardest time finding a place on their website to ask questions. It doesn't seem that Yahoo! responds to this public forum, and I really wanted an answer, so I tried to find another way of reporting a problem and asking for help. I looked through the maze of canned answers in the help section but couldn't find my problem listed there. There is a "Contact" link on the help page but this is misleading since it takes you through the same sections and subsections of the Help pages, and no matter what I select, I'm never given any contact information at any point! How is a service provider even allowed to be so unaccountable?! Does Yahoo! have so much contempt for their customers that they don't take their feedback, suggestions and questions seriously? It's a total disaster.
