Quality Control

Subject: Quality Control
I am an architect. I use the computers at La Grande
Bibliothèque in the city of Montreal, in Canada.
We take the time to write down our e-mails such that they
are clear and coherent. As communication is key.
Then, something from the electronics world jumps in.
It alters the texte fonte, size and colors, making it
illegible. By exaggerating and undermining the texte fonte,
size and colour it makes the e-mail gross and ugly.
And that's what you get if you happen to receive
one of our e-mails. You get a total and complete mess.
This has to be delt with, promptly. As the people we
write to have a right to receive an e-mail that is
as we have composed it - clear and coherent.
We thank you in advance.
