Over a week ago for some unknown reason I could not access my email that I have had for almost 15 years and tried the help cental page
make retrieval off lost passwords for old accounts that I don't have access to recovery phone numbers or emails...I have lost over 15 years of folders and private information and your help central is not working for me ..how do I get my email back as Yahoo is of no help??????????
