I can't believe a big business like yahoo can't see and correct your new (error) in your new format.
First, you changed your e-mail format. At first I thought it might just be me. It seemd confusing and it was not very user friendly. I then asked 8, yes 8 colleagues what their opinion on the change was. Not one liked it! As a matter of fact, the response to the change was the same, "Confusing". Then, yahoo went and changed it's format to the sports section. I used to use it as my favorite site for looking up scores and stats. Amazingly enough, yahoo has managed to change this into a more convoluted, confusing and inaccessible area that is frustrating to navigate through. Doesn't anyone in your department see this? Don't you care what your customers think? Obviously not. I'll be moving my services elsewhere. This is one of the more mind-boggling moves that I've seen from a big-ticket company.
